The Flutterby Fairy Festival has come into being as a response to those who felt left out of the Willow Grove Fairy Camp the summer of 2022. So here it is, an event for everyone and all ages!
The Flutterby Fairies are inviting you to join them for a day of magic at Willow Grove Farm in Winchester, VA. The day will be filled with lots of opportunities to explore, play, and create.
Your day has many options: arts and crafts areas, fairy house building, photo ops, face painting, games, a temporary labyrinth, interactive characters and tea with the fairies.
Visit with the Fairy Godmothers in the tea tent for tea and tasties! Sign up for a tea session as space will be limited and will fill up quickly. Sessions are at 12pm, 1pm, 3pm and 4pm. Use the contact form below to sign up for a session! If the session you request is full you will be offered another session or to be put on the waiting list. Fairy tea is $5.00 per person.
Fae Parade and Costume Contest - all ages! Parade and contest will be at 2pm.
Activities will be spread out around our pond area but the trek will be easily accessible. If the day is wet, boots are recommended.
There will be a passport that you can use to collect stamps at various stations. If you get every stamp you will get an additional ticket to our Fairy House Raffle. The proceeds of the raffle benefit The Evans Home.
And of course, don't forget to visit our vendors for all things magical! Teas, dragons, fairy art, fairy supplies, crystals, etc. Lots of fun things to dabble with and pretties to take home!
Costumes are encouraged for everyone! Dress up as your favorite fairy, mermaid, dragon or Fae companion. We love to see deer, rabbits, mice, racoons, etc. If you don't have a costume beforehand you can make a mask onsite. Or buy a pair of wings at the Magical Market! A portion of our tickets, vendor fees, and all of the raffle tickets will benefit The Evans Home - providing a loving, nurturing home for children who are homeless or in a family crisis.

You will be sent an invoice to pay for your reservations. Once paid, your time and space will be reserved. $5.00 per person - ages 2 and up.
*No refunds will be issued for reserved tea times. *
